Brazil Tours and Brazil Travel has been tremendously popular over the years here on BrazilAmerica.com...BrazilAmerica.com has been around since 1998 which means as of this writing it has been serving up Brazil Tours and Brazil Travel for more than 13 years, which makes it one of the oldest Brazil Tour websites on the Internet today.Early on we focused on the Brazil Tour. We had only a couple of serious competitors back then Today, there are literally hundreds of strong Brazil tour websites on the net. Some of the most competitive sites actually copied our website structure and main phrases like " Brazil. Brasil. Brazil Tour. Brazil Travel. LARGEST source for Brazil tour and travel packages " Etc. For years, BrazilAmerica.com was one of the largest sources of Brazil tours and Brazil travel packages.Way back, it was much easier to rise to the top of the Brazil travel websites, because there were so darn few of them compared to today. We offered Brazil travel packages to Rio de Janeiro, the Pantanal, Amazon, Foz do Iqaucu, and El Salvador. All top Brazil destinations. However, we also offered a fantastic set of Brazil travel packages to Northeast Brazil in the form of the world class beaches of Fortaleza Brazil, and the outlying beaches of the Ceara region in general including my favorite, Jericoacoara. I believe I misspelled it in the first version of our website, and nobody really cared. When I discovered my mistake, it was explained to me that nobody in Brazil cared either. Even so, most of our guests discovered Jericoacoara, which was so very primitive and magical in those days. I don't know if they could spell Jericoacoara either, but they loved it as much as I did, I'm sure. Today, Fortaleza, where BrazilAmerica.com was based out of, has become the number one in country Brazil destination. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on who you speak with in Brazil, it's the town most of the rest of the world has forgotten. The Brazil destinations I have already mentioned are the TOP Brazil destinations. To see all of them, you need to bank at least two weeks time, and get a Brazil Airpass (or Brazil Air Pass whichever). Brazil, which is blessed with the world's most beautiful women, a boatload of not so good looking guys, and a tropical climate for most of the country for most of the year is still woefully short when it comes to land transportation. If you do manage to get yourself a travel package that lets you land in all of these exotic Brasilian destinations, then when you get home, you'll really have something to brag about the rest of your life. One word of caution about Brazil. This may sound strange, but once you really get to know Brazil, what I am about to tell you will be second nature. The spelling for Brazil in Brazil is Brasil. You must understand that Brasil was made for Brasilians. It was not made for the gringo. I use this term in a kindly way. The Brasilian people are some of the most friendly, beautiful, hospitable people in the whole world. This is so much in evidence that many visitors want to stay and own a piece of Brasil. For whatever reasons, and I have my theories, for most it is a chimera. A dream. For most, it can not be done. The happiest visitor to Brazil is the Brazil visitor that understands that Brazil is for visiting, and visiting often, but not for living in or owning. I will leave it at that. Today, BrazilAmerica.com is no longer based in Brasil. It is wholly American, selling tours and travel, and for the most part escorted tours and travel to Brazil. To visit Brazil and take your Brazil tours, you'll need a passport and a visa. Once you have that in the bag, the next thing is that you will need a Brazil travel plan. I would suggest that you work with the company featured here on BrazilAmerica.com. When you land at the airport and exit the big jet at your Brazil destination, you'll be met and transferred to a hotel and not a motel. In Brazil, motels have different uses. Your adventure begins the moment you set foot in Brazil. From the moment you arrive, you will experience things not generally available in your normal life. For example, at the beginning of the tour, you will be escorted around by your tour guide who speaks your language, and he or she will be with you for most of your trip. Beware the fauna when swimming, though. Most likely your home county doesn't feature neighborhood swimming holes complete with the pesky and hungry Piranha. Swim in fresh water at your peril. I could go on and on and on about Brazil. Once properly bitten or infected with Brasil, you never ever get it out of your blood. Just remember what I said. Brasil is for Brasilians.
